The kitchen we’ll spec for a family that cooks every day is genuinely different from the one we’ll spec for a couple who entertain on weekends, or for an Airbnb owner who needs the space to photograph well and survive guest use.

Design and layout
2D and 3D kitchen designs based on how you cook, your storage needs and the existing layout. Where it makes sense, we open up galley kitchens, add islands, or reposition hobs and sinks for better workflow.
Custom cabinetry
Built in our own joinery workshop to fit your exact dimensions. Moisture-resistant carcasses, premium fronts in matt lacquer, gloss, veneer or melamine, soft-close hinges and drawers, smart internal storage. No off-the-shelf compromises.
Worktops and splashbacks
Quartz, granite, marble, solid surface or sintered stone, sourced direct from approved UAE suppliers. Splashbacks in glass, tile, stone or matching worktop material. Specified for daily use, not just photo day.
Plumbing, electrical and appliances
Sink reconfiguration, water filtration, gas connection work, range hood ducting, dedicated appliance circuits, under-cabinet lighting. Built-in ovens, hobs, fridges, dishwashers and wine coolers properly integrated and warranty-registered.
Lighting design

We come to your property within 48 hours. Measure up, talk through how you cook and entertain, flag any plumbing or electrical considerations before you commit to anything.

Design and quote
2D and 3D designs for the new kitchen, line-by-line cost estimation by trade and material, written timeline. Cabinetry spec, worktop choice, appliance list. All signed off before work begins, so the price you agree is the price you pay.

Strip-out and build
Old kitchen stripped out, plumbing and electrical first fix, walls and floors prepared. Then cabinetry installation, worktop fabrication and fitting, splashback, appliance integration, lighting, second fix electrical and plumbing. Photo updates throughout.

Lifetime maintenance
Once your kitchen is finished, we stay on. The same team handles plumbing, electrical, cabinetry adjustments and any future upgrades for as long as you own the property. The renovation finishes. The relationship doesn’t.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Dubai?
Pricing depends on cabinetry quality, worktop material and appliance brand. A compact apartment kitchen with mid-tier cabinetry runs roughly AED 25,000 to 50,000. A full villa kitchen with island and integrated appliances runs AED 100,000 to 250,000. Premium showpiece kitchens with bespoke joinery and European appliances run AED 250,000+. How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A standard apartment kitchen takes around 3 weeks. A full villa kitchen with island, integrated appliances and layout changes runs 5 to 6 weeks. Most kitchen projects fall in the 3 to 6 week range. We give you a written timeline upfront and stick to it.
Can I keep using my kitchen during the work?
Not really. Once the strip-out happens, the kitchen is out of action until cabinetry and worktops go in. We set up a temporary kitchen station with kettle, microwave and fridge in another room and protect the rest of the property from dust. Most apartment clients eat out or order in for a few weeks. In villas, we often work around a smaller second kitchen if there is one.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical for kitchen work?
Yes. Sink reconfiguration, dishwasher and washing machine connections, water filtration, gas hookups, range hood ducting, under-cabinet lighting, dedicated appliance circuits. All handled in-house by our licensed plumbing and electrical teams.
Where do you source kitchen cabinetry from?
A mix of our own joinery workshop for fully bespoke work, plus approved UAE and European cabinetry suppliers. Premium fronts come from European manufacturers. Carcasses are moisture-resistant boards specified for Dubai humidity. Sourcing direct means you don’t pay the markup most contractors stack on top.
Do you integrate appliances into the cabinetry?
Yes. Built-in ovens, hobs, fridges, dishwashers, wine coolers, coffee machines and microwave drawers. Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Smeg and equivalents specified to budget, properly integrated, vented and warranty-registered.
Will my new kitchen handle Dubai's climate?
Yes, if it’s specified properly. The biggest issue with cheap kitchen renovations in Dubai is cabinetry around the sink area warping in two or three years because the carcass material can’t handle humidity. We use moisture-resistant boards and properly sealed edges so the kitchen stays right for the long term.
