Yes. We work with your kitchen consultant or design the kitchen layout in-house. MEP for cooking lines, drainage, gas connections, refrigeration, ventilation and extraction systems all coordinated alongside the front-of-house build. F&B requires specialised trade sequencing and we’ve done it many times.
Yes. Mall opening dates and pre-launch marketing windows are non-negotiable for most retail and F&B brands. When the timeline demands it, we run night shifts and weekend work to hit the date. Most fit-outs we deliver involve some out-of-hours work in the final two weeks.
