MEP for cooking lines, drainage, gas connections, refrigeration, ventilation and extraction systems all coordinated alongside the front-of-house build. F&B requires specialised trade sequencing and we’ve done it many times.

Can you work nights and weekends to hit a mall opening date?

Yes. Mall opening dates and pre-launch marketing windows are non-negotiable for most retail and F&B brands. When the timeline demands it, we run night shifts and weekend work to hit the date. Most fit-outs we deliver involve some out-of-hours work in the final two weeks.

Do you provide design as well as execution?
